European Ultimate Club Season 2025
Dear Ultimate Community,
The European Ultimate Club Season (EUCS) 2025 is officially underway, and we invite your team to join.
Key Dates and Registration:
January 14, 2025: Registration deadline.
January 15, 2025: National Federations approve teams.
January 28, 2025: Tournament invitations announced.
February 15, 2025: Team fee payment deadline.

Season Structure:
The EUCS 2025 comprises several key events:
Spring Tours: April 26-27 and May 31-June 1, 2025.
Elite Invite: May 30-June 1, 2025, in Leuven, Belgium.
Summer Tours: August 2-3 and August 16-17, 2025.
European Ultimate Club Finals (EUCF) Division 1 & 2:
Division 2: September 20-21, 2025, in Wroclaw, Poland.
Division 1: September 26-28, 2025, in Wroclaw, Poland.

Eligibility and Roster Management:
Teams must adhere to the EUCS eligibility rules and roster management guidelines. The master roster submission deadline is April 1, 2025. Please review the EUCS Eligibility Rules and Roster Management Guidelines to ensure compliance.
Qualification for EUCF:
To qualify for the EUCF, teams must participate in at least one EUCS event and play a minimum of 10 ranking games during the season. Performance in these events will determine qualification for Division 1 or Division 2 at the EUCF. For more details on the qualification process, visit the EUCS Qualification Page.
Fees Regular season:
Team Fee: €200 per tournament you are attending
Player Fee: 22€ per athlete per tournament
Invoices will be issued upon registration, and payments are due by February 15, 2025.
