Dear Ultimate Community,

The European Ultimate Federation (EUF) is seeking applications for the freelance Partnership Manager position. This position is vital to the organisation's future development and creating more opportunities for Ultimate in Europe. You would represent EUF in your communications with potential clients and existing partners. 

The Objectives

  • Acquire new strategic partners for EUF operations. 

  • Sponsor management for streaming.

  • Project lead on new product development with existing or new partners. 

  • Collaborate with EUF staff about existing EUF partners:

    • Communication

    • Event coordination

    • Marketing

    • Strategy

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in managing partnerships and generating new leads

  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to use data to identify growth opportunities and evaluate existing projects

  • Enthusiasm for contributing to strategic planning and innovative engagement initiatives

  • A strong commitment to inclusivity and respect in all activities

  • Professional and reliable communication skills

  • 5-10 work hours per week towards the objectives

  • Long-term commitment to work with EUF (minimum three years)

  • Knowledge about Ultimate is a plus

What we can offer

  • Guaranteed monthly compensation of €500 (incl. VAT)

  • 15% commission on new partnerships and sponsorship acquisitions

  • Increase of commission percentage for barter deals (i.e., non-monetary agreements)

  • Opportunities for professional development in sports and broadcasting management

  • Regular feedback and performance reviews to support your and EUF’s development
