Medals will be ordered through EUF and are covered by the tournament budget.
Winner trophies are covered by EUF.
A tournament gift per player is unnecessary and should be considered only if covered by a local sponsor.
Medical services
An ambulance needs to be available at all times during the event. First Aid-Kit must be available at the fields. Physiotherapists are recommended.
Please describe your physiotherapy and medical plan.
Budget:
For the budget plan, please use the EUF template.
We want to make clear that people who work hard on these events should receive some reasonable payment. Nevertheless, management costs should be kept to the minimum.
The EUF committee wants to ensure that all costs are clearly visible, that costs are reasonable, and that we help ensure that players don’t pay for things they might prefer not to have if given a choice.
