Votes from the General Assembly

Two significant policies were approved during the General Assembly, reflecting our commitment to fostering inclusivity and accountability:

  1. Gender Inclusion Policy: Formerly referred to as the transgender policy, this revised framework aims to ensure that everyone can participate in Ultimate in a way that aligns with their identity, reinforcing our values of inclusivity and fairness. Gender Inclusion Policy 2024.pdf

  2. Code of Conduct v.0.9: A preliminary version of the Code of Conduct was approved, providing clear guidance on behaviour expectations and accountability within our community. Summary of Sanctions for Infringements of EUF Values V0.9.pdf

Mission Statements

During the Board Work Weekend, we outlined mission statements for five key departments, each aligned with EUF's overarching goals:

  • Events:
Our mission is to run championships for all athletes that are fair, accessible, and visible by developing quality standards, internal know-how, and sustainable networks.

  • Youth and Development:
Our mission is to attract a diverse and inclusive community to develop skills for life and an active lifestyle by promoting our values at sports events, sharing our knowledge, and increasing the visibility of Ultimate.

  • Streaming and Media:
Our mission is to create a sustainable communication and media strategy for European Ultimate that will increase visibility, promote our values, and inspire a shared passion by telling meaningful stories for and about our community.

  • Internal Organisation:
Our mission is to ensure an inviting and empowering environment for our volunteers and staff by creating sustainable structures and a thriving, motivating culture.

  • Strengthening Values:
Our mission is to retain and promote Spirit of the Game and a culture of diversity & inclusion for the community to embrace as the core values of European Ultimate by providing the appropriate guidance and tools.
